Experience (From most recent to least)
Cheyenne Place Retirement Center, Denver Colorado. Baked/Dessert Maker & Sous Chef. Much experience with dessert making and prep work. Was required to cook in bulk at times and in small batches in others. Had to cater to specialty diets and needs of residents.
Pinedale Lodge, Pinedale, Wyoming. Housekeeping. Fully cleaned and sanitized between 5 and 15 rooms every morning, as well as main public areas and halls. Had to work fast and was on my feet for a minimum of 7 hours a day.
Salvation Army E-Bay Room, Colorado Springs Colorado. Duties included taking high-priced antiques and art pieces, writing descriptions of them and taking pictures of the items, then listing the items on the E-Bay website for sale.
Rio Grande Mudworks, Sanderson Texas. Linecook & Waitstaff. Had to prep and cook many dishes to help lighten work load of chefs. Also served patrons at times. Some register knowledge. Customer service.
