About what I知 looking for:
A spacious, warm and quiet room in a safe and quiet neighborhood (preferably in or near Berkeley)
Convenient parking
Cool , responsible, dog-friendly roommate(s) with a healthy lifestyle (late 20s and up)
My own bathroom (preferably)
Comfortable, relaxed environment
Free rent (in exchange for services like housekeeping, caretaking, etc.)
Available to move in sometime between now and July 1, 2006.
What I can offer:
*Childcare (i.e., tutoring, piano lessons, adult supervision, etc.)
*Housekeeping (laundry, cleaning)
*Home office support (I am computer literate, detail-oriented with experience providing administrative support)
About Me:
I知 excited to move back to the East Bay after a 1 year stint working in Northern CA. I am active and outdoorsy, very health conscious and vegetarian. I知 pretty laid back and easygoing, and get along with most people, but prefer people who are positive, upbeat, outgoing, active, and healthy. I have a 60# boxer mix. She is 8 years old, extremely friendly, well-behaved and almost never barks. I am responsible and have excellent credit, and can provide references. I知 friendly and personable, a bit on the quiet side, not into drugs or drinking at all. I have good work ethic and can commit to up to 6 months.
About my stuff:
Mainly a few boxes of clothes, books and papers.
Twin size mattress.
Extraneous items can be gotten rid of if there is no room for them or there are duplicates already in place.
