East Bay food manufacturer seeks to fill an immediate opening for the role of Production Manager as it adds to its management team in order to prepare for aggressive, profitable growth. The production manager oversees all aspects of the day to day plant operations including production planning, scheduling, inventory management, ordering, shipping, HACCP, GMP's, etc. This position requires a background in food manufacturing and ability to do R&D, as well as QA.
You will also work very closely with Sales, Finance and the President on a daily basis as well as special projects as needed. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish and have excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Excel.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience managing a food or bakery manufacturing facility.
