WHOLEGRAIN BREAD BAKER wanted for organic bakery. Good Earth Natural Foods is highly committed to the use of organics as well as creative use of healthy alternative whole grains and ingredients.
You would supply your experience with professional, wholegrain baking and we would supply the direction, inspiration, and healthful ingredients to produce high quality brick-oven bread.
The skills we need in a bread baker include solid technical knowledge, creative initiative, and good organizational skills. The ability to communicate skillfully is a must, as is fluency in English. Any Spanish skills are helpful.
This position works true baker's hours: early mornings and/or late evenings, to be determined. At least one weekend day is needed. Starting pay is $15-$18/hour, DOE, for 40 hours per week.
