Description You must be wondering what this ad is about. I work in the real estate industry, where I am currently in one of the strongest market posistions ever. That is because the hot market has dropped well below the red line. IT is a market where the weak run home, or go off and sell cars and dental equipment. It is a Market where no value offers like 1% or less will not work. It is a market where discount real estate companys, have to keep hiring secretarys who take the heat while their realtors hide.

It is a market where the open house signs collect dust, or only attract neighbors. It is a market where you will have to hire someone that does MORE. Not the same ol open house, MLS, website, and magazine routine. If you interview 3 or 4 realtors, you will hear a common theme. None of them really know how to market your home, because they have been copying each other's systems. Those systems were weak to begin with.

If you want balloons on your mailbox and a sign in front of your house, Hire a clown. Because at least more people will stop by to get a free balloon. IF you want your house sold, that is going to take some very elite skill in Marketing.

I just took 15 listings in one appointment last week, people are seeking me out for my specialized knowledge. They knew the difference from the first few sentences out of my mouth. Do you want to keep paying the mortgage for 6 months or more? Are you hoping the stars will align, and that rising interest rates will become a figment of your imagination? Most of the buyers are on vacation, from a big spending spree in the housing market.

My services are not for those who are looking for the cheapest listing agreement, to me those are just contracts for renting a sign in front of your house. I will not BS you ,and say that I put on a real agressive open house. It is my Madison Avenue style marketing, and several other things that make me a cut above the rest. You can work with the guy who hands out pumpkins, or the gal who is really pushy on the phone. They might be able to push you into a contract, but they haven't a clue on how to push people into buying your home.

I was getting calls every day, until I had to say STOP!!! Now I only deal with people by Fax.
