We are excited to announce we are hiring for the position of AFFILIATE MARKET MANAGER in our Watsonville Support Center!

What will you be doing?
The Affiliate Market Manager will take the lead in managing West Marine Affiliate Marketing Business as well as eBay auctions. This is a multi-million dollar program that we can grow further with your expertise! Applicants will balance marketing and sales goals with Affiliate Marketer's knowledge to achieve superior financial returns. Qualified applicants should be have experience in affiliate marketing as well as marketing experience with customers and vendors.
Brief overview of job description:
Manage Review statistics and help Auction Coordinator with strategizing
Keep up on eBay innovations
Review, manage and update Ad Templates, Store and About Me page look and content
Work with vendors to get special buys to help keep inventory optimal
Design , maintain statistical tools and procedures for measuring and analyzing auction success

What are we looking for?
A qualified candidate will have solid understanding of the Internet, eBay Auctions and Affiliate marketing processes. Advanced user of MS office and related programs. Must have both Analytical and Marketing mind-set. Attention to detail and strong work ethic. Requires excellent language and communication skills and must possess a customer proactive attitude. Some product knowledge and a basic understanding of retail merchandising principles.
