| Within the next few weeks, I will be opening a 4 bed independent living home in Bay Point and a 6 bed independent living home in Antioch. On Saturdays and Sundays, I need someone to prepare the breakfast and lunch meals for both houses (including after-meal clean-up) as well as cleaning (basic kitchen and bathroom and vacuuming) and doing laundry (towels & sheets) for just the Antioch house. I may need you for on-call work of just meal preparation and after-meal clean-up if one of the regular caretakers is unavailable. I will do the meal preparation and cleaning at least once a month as well which means you will only have to work one house on that Sunday. The total estimated time per weekend will be about 10 hours.
