Description RESTORATION HARDWARE is a rapidly growing tri-channel retailer with more than 100 stores, catalog and website. We're building dominant and compelling assortments in hardware, bath, lighting, textiles and furniture.

Position Responsibilities

The Web Marketing Coordinator will play an important role as Restoration Hardware's e-commerce function continues its rapid success and growth. This individual must be able to work with the eCommerce group to provide support and help drive innovation in our online marketing programs.

This individual must be comfortable working independently, must communicate well at all levels in the company and build effective relationships with our internal customers. The Web Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing assets and deliverables for Email Marketing Program
  • Day-to-day contact with Email Vendor
  • Set-up and QA weekly marketing emails.
  • Managing assets, banner ads and offers for Affiliate program
  • Day-to-day contact with Affiliate management partner
  • Evaluate potential new affiliate partnerships
  • Monitor affiliate promotional placements, including links, banners, creative, etc.
  • Reconcile monthly billing with Affiliate partners
  • Support Search Engine Marketing efforts
  • Produce weekly web metrics reporting

  • Gain understanding of how Web Marketing fits into overall company marketing efforts.
  • Become familiar with Restoration Hardware web marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Work with email vendor to understand content administration system and reporting
  • Coordinate email requests with Web Creative team
  • Input HTML into content system and coordinate QA cycle
  • Work with affiliate vendor to learn reporting and reconciliation system
  • Become familiar with affiliate partners
  • Manage updates to shared Marketing Calendar

  • Gain expertise in Email Marketing-the "why" and not just the "what".
  • Develop strategic initiatives to grow sales and traffic from Marketing programs
  • Become a subject matter expert: understanding the metrics for success relating to each program.

    Required Skills:

  • Four-year college degree in Marketing, Business or another related area
  • Additional professional certification(s) and/or expanding job experiences
  • Exposure to dynamic E-Commerce environments.
  • Experience with setting up or coordinating Email on an ongoing basis
  • At least 1 year in a Marketing, Project Management, or Analyst role similar to this opportunity
  • Business experience would include a position of responsibility predominantly in an E-Commerce or multi-channel retailer.
  • Experience with email deployment programs and vendors.
  • Ideally, the incumbent will have experience with a best in class direct to Consumer Company.
