DESCRIPTION – Position Summary
Participate in the Wealth Management Analyst program, which is a 12-month learning opportunity that will allow you to work together with Wealth Advisors and their teams. A Wealth Management Analyst is the point person for the team’s financial planning activities.
Work with Wealth Advisors and their teams to develop strategies for expanding business in the High Net Worth segment.
Obtain necessary licenses (Series 7, 66 and 31 and Insurance Licensing).
Focus on the Morgan Stanley Financial Planning System and take the requisite course.
Develop analysis of clients that need to receive a financial plan and communicate to them.
Prepare client presentations and materials for annual/quarterly client reviews.
REQUIREMENTS – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Interest and inclination towards sales.
Strong interest in financial markets.
Demonstrated evidence of leadership, persuasion, qualitative, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and service-orientation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in tight time frames.
Experience
5 or more years of proactive sales experience (initiating and affecting sales) or 5 or more years of experience in the financial services industry (required if no bachelor’s degree).
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or experience as defined above).

Be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction as to duration.
Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check.
Pass any applicable pre-employment tests.
