| I purchased an 2003 vehicle costing over $25,000 from them. I traded in a 2002 of the same type of vehicle. They agreed to move upgraded items from my old vehicle to the new one. They broke some of the parts moving them & told me it wasn't there problem. I had to purchase new parts! They also promised to replace a broken part while we were agreeing to the purchase & when I saw they didn't replace it they refused to do it unless I purchased the part. It cost me over $100. You'd think after paying excess of $25,000 that they would make good on their promises.
