NapaStyle Distribution Center opening in Benicia, is looking for qualified candidates to perform various tasks of warehouse operations.
Description: A variety of warehouse positions to include:
Receiving Clerks
Order Processing
Shipping Clerks
Inventory Control
Facilities/Maintenance
Lead Positions (see Lead responsibilities)
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be self-motivated, eager to learn and able to work in a fast pace work environment. Able to lift 60 lbs, have legible penmanship and ability to effectively communicate with others. Computer skills preferred. Able to work extended and/or varied hours throughout the year.
Dependable and trustworthy, perform as a team player and work cooperatively with fellow workers. Have basic math and reading skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Promote and maintain a clean safe work environment. Able to safely operate a forklift or power jack is a plus (certification required)

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LEAD:
Supervise departmental staff in warehouse operations. Report daily to operations manager and communicate malfunctions and departmental needs. Monitor and encourage employee productivity and attendance. Train employees and communicate departmental standards and daily goals. Supervise workflow to ensure all duties are properly assigned and completed in an efficient and timely manner. Accurately calculate timesheets for payroll.
