Two young, energetic, down to earth guys who are consumed by the tasks of running our successful mortgage company are seeking a Personal Assistant/ House Manager. We work about 10-12 hours per day six days per week and don’t have time to take care of the “little things” in our lives. IE: laundry, grocery shopping, errands, bills, straightening up the house, walking the dog, etc.
This position is hard to describe. Basically, we need someone to be available during the day to be on call for whatever is needed. The position also requires this person to posses certain qualities outlined below:
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
• Honest, trustworthy and responsible
• Strong sense of integrity and respect for other’s privacy
• Very organized, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent with travel plans, scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, errands, etc.
• Experienced, professional, diplomatic manager
• Well-traveled with the ability to get along with others from a variety of backgrounds
• Positive attitude
• Flexible schedule
We do not need someone who is extremely experienced as a personal assistant. Basically, we want someone who is resourceful, organized, and proactive. Also, the ideal candidate should be trustworthy with a high level of integrity.

The position pays up to 40K DOE to start and this is likely to increase dramatically over time if you are the right fit. We need someone who is committed to a long-term relationship and not just a flash in the pan job.
