Vice President of Realty Operations in San Francisco
We are a leading Bay Area real estate company currently seeking a Vice President of Realty Operations to join our management team to provide unparalleled real estate support. We work in collaboration with our own mortgage company making us a one-stop-shop for residential and commercial business. Our structure provides clients with expert advice, flawless transactions, and quick closing from the mortgage application to the closing of escrow.
Top candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry and outstanding leadership and managerial skills. All applicants must have a valid Real Estate License.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing a strategic business plan to target profitable
areas
Recruiting, hiring, and training new real estate agents
Preparing reports which summarize and forecast company business activities
and financial position in areas of revenues
Maintaining full compliance with real estate regulations
Development and execution of policy pertaining to the initiation,
processing, closing and retention of real estate contracts
Designing workflow and procedures
Analyzing markets to anticipate growth opportunities by researching
competition and other activity generators
Requirements:
- Valid real estate license with a minimum of 5 years experience in real
estate industry
- Experience in negotiation, interpretation, preparation and analysis of
transactions and contracts
- Thorough knowledge of real estate programs, policies, procedures, and
regulatory requirements
- Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives
- Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills
- Must be a motivated team leader with effective time management skills
- Ability to multitask and develop a solid resource network
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
