Description Want to Work with Seniors on Computers? We are Senior Surf, a nonprofit mobile computer classroom that works with seniors to get them computer literate. Since our classes are mobile, we have classes in a number of retirement communities in the area. We currently have over 100 students benefitting from our service.

This is fun and very rewarding work.

As a volunteer, you would help with proctoring the class ensuring that each student is assisted with mouse skills, basic software issues, and general internet and Windows navigation. You will also be asked to help set up and breakdown the mobile classroom.

Required is a sound foundation in computer programs including internet navigation and a Windows interface. You should also be sensitive and patient and enjoy working with the elderly population.

Contact us for more information. And also, please check out our website at www.senior-surf.org.

This particular location will be at the beautiful Chateau. The shifts will be Saturday afternoons from 12.30-2.15PM.

Thanks so much for your interest!!!

Please contact us ASAP.
