I am moving to Pinole and need a good place to keep a nice 4 yr old quarter gelding. Nice quality hoirse with exceptional personlity with professional training. Raised and trained on cutting ranch. Has even been on cows and is very cowy!!! Has wonderful even temperment and is lots of fun to ride, and smooth gaits to boot. He is an average sized horse with medium build
Have gotten married and just moved to bay area from Sacramento Valley. Have not found a place to keep him that I like, everything I have seen does not provide a way for him to get out and get enough turnout time for play. He is a young 4 yr old and needs time for play. I am hoping for a home for him where he can have access to pasture, and hopefully an arena to work in also.
Would consider a co-op with someone who would provide a home for him and in return I will give you riding privileges. I would be willing to pay for food and we can work out other details. Anyone interested parties must be experienced with horses, no beginners or novices. I can't afford to have my horse gain bad habits from an unexperienced handler or rider. Prospective home must have good safe fencing. Also i will ask for references to verify your ability to care for and your expereince in dealing with horses, as I will be leaving my horse in your care. A contract will be drawn up in the interest of all parties involved.
