Sharon Heights Golf & Country Clubs is hiring for the following positions.
*Wait Staff
*Host/Hostess
Both positions are open for our: Lunch, Dinner & Banquet Service.
Our club will be experiencing many exciting changes and we need individuals who are able to embrace change. Our ideal candidate will be a professional with a passion for service. This individual must have an outgoing personality, a good sense of humor and always willing to go the extra mile to assure our service exceeds the members’ expectations.
The job duties are listed below but not limited to:
WAIT STAFF:
* Prepares dining room for lunch/dinner & banquet operation, completes a variety of tasks such as replenishing condiments, setting tables etc.
* Assists in table settings and cleaning up.
* Maintains a pleasant and efficient atmosphere in the dining room by
providing timely and efficient service.
* Serves meals & beverages.
* Performs related work as required
Host/ Hostess: Greet, Seat, and take drink orders * REQUIREMENTS:
Professionalism, attention to detail, ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions in the use of dining etiquette and proper lifting techniques. Physical skills and ability to perform work that requires continual standing, walking, stooping, bending and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to speak, write, and comprehend English.
REQUIREMENTS:
Wait staff experience required. Experience working in a country club setting is a plus, but not a requirement.
Positions available are Full & Part-time.
