Volunteer acupuncturists, massage therapists, drivers and support staff needed to provide free complementary alternative treatments to Low Income Women who have Cancer at the Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic's new location in the Mission!
The Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic is a state-licensed primary care holistic health clinic with locations in both Oakland and San Francisco that provides free complementary alternative medicine treatments to low-income women who have cancer. We have been providing these services free of charge for over ten years.
In addition to alternative medicine we also offer social work services to support all aspects of our client’s lives.
We offer continuing education units to acupuncturists and have externship possibilities for massage therapists in training as well.
