I'm a freelance editor with over five years experience editing looking to edit whatever needs arise. I have done work for all types of clients, corporate and broadcast. I produce and edit on site "candids (hi-lite) videos." I'm a jack of all trades, good on both FCP and Avid systems, and can troubleshoot those sytems when problems arise. I am also experienced in the wide screen format for projection at conventions, trade shows, and incentive trips, composing modules in After Effects.

-As senior staff editor/preditor, responsible for editing videos, managing four Avid edit suites and two Final Cut Pro HD suites, overseeing freelance editors, creating DVDs, and working with various software compression programs. Co-produced videos working with clients and producers editing long and short format videos. Experienced in creating wide screen videos for multi-projection systems. Edited and shot on-site candid videos for corporate conventions and incentive trips. Responsible for creating graphics and animation utilizing After Effects and Photoshop.
FOX Sports Net Chicago, Chicago, IL, August 2000 to Feb. 2002
-As an editor, responsible for working with clients and producers using AVID Media Composer 1000 and various linear editors and equipment. Responsible for editing and creating packages, highlights, rollouts, show and game opens and teases for the Chicago, Ohio, and Bay Area Sports Tonight and Regional Sports Report shows. Also responsible for editing packages and opens for various shows for FSN Chicago as well as creating and editing 15- and 30-second spots for the station and various clients.
