This stand was inspired by Martha Stewart's wedding cupcake idea. My furniture designer friend and I made and designed it for my wedding.
It's all wood and holds up to 100 cakes - depending on size. I used cupcakes from a local organic bakery - and they were standard cupcake size - and I added my own fabric flags. It would work well with other desserts/tarts/cookies etc...
It's painted cream white and i used brown ribbon to decorate it. But that can be removed to match your wedding colors. It's about 31 inches tall and the largest tier is about 20 inches diameter.
It was quite a hit at my wedding!
