If you clicked on this to read it I bet you already know why we need a boycott.
We all know about Whole Foods infamous labor practices, and most people consider Whole Foods to be "the Walmart of health foods". Basically they are just like Walmart. But what is really an outrage is their lack of true commitment to prevent suffering by selling meat. Not only selling meat - Whole Foods seems rabid about having their meat section, staff butchers, and daily prepared meals based on the flesh of dead beings. Who really cares if its free-range or not? Meat is murder. It is the act of taking the life of other sentient beings when there is no justifiable excuse to do so. Eating meat is cruelty straight and simple.
Whole Foods draws a lot of its revenue from the vegetarian community. But I think its time the vegetarian community stood up and called Whole Foods on this BS. They want to play it both sides - trying to appeal to Slaveway shoppers while still luring in veggies. Let's show them what happens when you try to do that. Join me. Let's organize a national boycott of Whole Foods until the stop selling cruelty. Let Whole Foods turn into Slaveway/Walmart if they want. We won't support them anyway.
