EMPLOYMENT AND EXPERIENCE:
February 2005 – present: Content Manager, AmBAR (American Business Association of Russian Professionals). Web-site content management and usability with HTML/PHP. Edit and proof-read materials, presentations, and newsletters. Performed task analysis and usability quality assurance for new features on the web site.
2003- present: Volunteer, the Archimedes Project (Stanford University, The University of Hawaii). Helped with preparation of grant proposals, business plans, and provided marketing research. Study user requirements, write user scenarios.

2001- present: Affiliated Researcher. Russian M.I.N.D. Lab (Media Interface and Network Design Lab), Moscow.
Responsible for the preparation, review, and publication of research papers, grants applications, and maintaining communications with colleagues worldwide. Develop methods of research, including inventories and questionnaires, conduct interviews, and analyze data.

1998 – 2001: full-time graduate student (Moscow State University, Russia).
Developed research to understand motivations, intellectual abilities, personality traits responsible for hacking behavior. Set clear goals, chose research methods, developed inventories, created psychological methods of research for the complex Russian hacking underground investigation. Introduced online psychological research methods, using a combination of projective and inventory instruments, to Russian scientific community.

Spring - Summer 2001: Chairperson of The 4-th Annual Conference “Building a Strategic Community through Education and Research” of Consortium of Defense Academies and Security Studies Institutes (track “Maintaining Individual Freedom and Privacy in an Internet Environment”) Moscow.
Gathered the information about different researchers all over the world, sent the invitations for the Conference, maintained communication with speakers, and prepared necessary documents.

1998-2000: Research Assistant; Lab “Psychology of Informational Technologies’ usage”, Moscow State University. Supported by grant from the Russian Fund for Basic Researches.
Ran the experiments, collected and analyzed the data, and prepared papers for publication.
