We are at the forefront of the development, implementation, and monitoring of creative transfer pricing policies. We have more experts dealing with transfer pricing matters on a daily basis than any other law firm, and we are currently seeking a qualified Analyst to contribute to these efforts.
Responsibilities:
With a focus on transfer pricing matters, attend client meetings, conduct research, perform calculations, and prepare documents and other materials summarizing work to assist in quantitative and economic analysis for clients.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess the following education, experience and skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, International Relations, Public Policy or similar social sciences; OR
Bachelor’s degree in any subject and Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, International Relations, Public Policy
Experience:
Two to five years’ experience in a quantitative position as a research assistant, associate, senior associate, manager or similar.
Experience in transfer pricing preferred.
Preferred experience is in a client-service setting.
Skills and Attributes:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Ability to write simple macros; produce documents; prepare tables, graphs, charts
Attention to detail
Quantitative proficiency
Familiarity with corporate financial statements
Proficiency in research resources such as: Compustat and similar databases, Internet resources, other financial and business databases.
Strong organizational skills
Team orientation
Polished communications skills; skill interacting with clients
