Hours of Work: Monday Thursday, 8:00 pm 6:30 am
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for performing technical tests and experiments for engineering and manufacturing processes. Performs set-up of semiconductor processing equipment. Monitors, audits, and provides guidance to line operators. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results through masking and diffusion for presentation to engineering. Works with engineering to help identify design and yield problems or test new products. Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel. May provide technical guidance/training to Engineering Technician I.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one year production technician within the Semiconductor/Electronics Industry preferred
No previous experience required
High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required, Associates degree preferred

Proficient PC skills / Data base spreadsheet applications
Proficient math / geometry skills
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Strong problem solving / analytical skills
Technical writing skill
Basic SPC / data management skills
Communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills

Hazardous waste management skills
Customer service orientation
