An in home loving care environment created to nurture children. In a warm and comfortable setting with a daily preschool curriculum. Designed lovingly with little people in mind and child sized amenities to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow in.
Iam a Licensed family childcare/preschool provider. My name is Leslie Anne, Iam a loving mother who has enjoyed over 15 years of caring for and teaching infants and toddlers in Early Childhood programs and Nanny Care.
I have my Degree in Early Childhood Education and Directing, pediatric CPR/First Aid, TB, Trustline and Livescan clearances with many local references. I have a love for children, I care for and nurture them as they were my own. I care for a small ratio of children as to better provide for each individual child's care and needs. I also have a loving Assistant, who is also certified in CPR/First Aid, TB, and Livescan clearances.

Therefore I offer a Preschool curriculum based on the childrens interests, needs and stages of development. As well as introduce a more traditional style of Preschool learning activities.We enjoy introducing the children to the world around them, as in nature & animal exploration & the world we live in etc. As well as introduce the children to beganning Spanish, Dutch and Sign language.
I provide hot/cold meals, snacks, soft napping cushions, porta cribs, linens, high chairs, booster seats, strollers, age appropriate toys/activities and most childrens care supplies. I foster the childrens independance by teaching potty training, self feeding, self dressing, cleanliness and the use of good manners etc. I enjoy playing children's music often along with musical instruments and dance movement, have daily circle times and story times. I do occasional outings with the children (not automobile travel) and have community visitors such as firefighters and police people for the childrens discovery and learning experiences.
My facility has a large outdoor play area and new play structure with infant/toddler swings. Along with two sand areas, an outdoor art area, garden area, play house area, picnic area and a large covered patio area for outdoor play and ride on toys in all weather conditions.
I am currently enrolling one full time toddler (age 2-6), one part time toddler (3-4 days a week),(age 2-6) for preschool childcare. Part time days available are Tues. Wed. Thurs. & every other Friday. I also have two school age openings available for after school care & homework assistance.
My facility is located in Martinez, close to the Pleasant Hill/Concord borders and freeway access. We are very close to John Swett School and Morello Park School. It is open Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm with time flexibility for your childcare convenience.
