If you're passionate about women's sports and fitness, Title Nine wants you! We are a multi-channel retailer of women's fitness and everyday functional apparel, and we’re on the lookout for a Web Tech Project Manager for our web department.
You: a technically-minded person who can organize new season launches and take technical projects to completion. You’ll oversee new product content launches, new functionality and site development, and technical troubleshooting. To do so, you’ll coordinate information contributed by internal team members in Inventory Control, Creative, Operations and IT and manage outside resources like java developers, software and hosting vendors. Prior team management experience will serve you well.
You must be extremely organized and an adept communicator to be effective in this role. You will value and share our commitment to making Title Nine's website the best experience for our customers that it can be. Working with our Customer Service and Operations teams, you'll develop solutions to fit their needs. You'll also work very closely with our IT department to ensure smooth integration of data between our web platform and our mail order system, Ecometry.
Relevant experience:
* Proven track record of being accountable to deadline and QA goals
* Database management: Experience with Access, manipulating data, very comfortable with Excel. Use MS Access & Excel to prepare and QC data files that are uploaded to populate web content.
* Experience with HTML/JSP
* Technical eCommerce experience
Other things you’ll do:
* Monitoring the quality of site content, most intensively immediately after a new catalog launch.
* Manage our outside java developers and in-house team to implement new functionality on website.
Other things you'll learn:
* You will lead implementation of our plans in the areas of search engine optimization, paid-keyword advertising, Yahoo store.
* Be in charge of the technical workings of our site, including servers, DNS, email distribution vendors.
