Tilden Park Golf Course is hiring pro shop assistants, cart attendants and grill staff beginning immediately. We seek bright, enthusiastic, customer-service oriented people to work at one of the best golf courses in the Bay Area! Set in the hills above UC Berkeley, Tilden Park Golf Course offers a positive working environment plus FREE golf privileges and food discounts as well as at our affiliated courses throughout the Bay Area.
Minimum requirements:
Pro shop assistants: Fluency in English, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, ability to handle multiple phone lines in a professional manner. Reliable individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to provide exceptional customer service are highly desired.
Responsibilities include answering phones, making reservations, checking golfers in, booking lessons and selling memberships, managing a busy tee-sheet and more. Friendly, hard-working and detail-oriented applicants with strong communication skills encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time hours are available.
Cart/Driving Range attendants: Must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities include parking electric golf carts, cleaning and detailing carts and driving range maintenance tasks. A positive attitude, dependability and ability to provide great customer service is desired. Part-time hours are currently available with full-time hours available in the future.
Grill Staff: Outgoing, friendly, customer service oriented individuals are highly desired. Experience preparing and serving food and/or bartender experience is a plus. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while providing exceptional service is a must. Applicants 21 and older with an interest in bartending and/or driving the beverage cart on the course encouraged to apply.
