Structural Integration is typically referred to as "Rolfing" or getting "Rolfed". The name is derived from the founder, Ida Rolf, who called the work Structural Integration ("SI").
Rolf Method Structural Integration is myofascial manipulation to bring the body into balance. It is thorough, no-nonsense, gimmick-free bodywork that focuses on restrictions throughout the body, removing them and allowing the body to move into greater balance, fluidity, and ease.
