My name is Juan, I am from Barcelona, I have moved to United States to learn more about the culture and to learn English.
All my new fiends in the states say to me that my food is realy good and for me is a pleasure can share with you how to make some wonderful and healthy recipies.
I have a couple of wonderful recipies that you can learn easily.
"Paella" with meet, vegetables an seafood.
"Fideua am all i oli" A delicious recipie with seafood, small noodles and a special sauce very popular in Catalonia.
"Pollo al ajillo"
"Fish Soup" With clams, crab, shrimp and fish.
"Fish bake Sauvignon" With onions, garlic, potatoes and tomatoes.
