Searching for Action, Intrigue and Free Welding and Glass Classes? The Crucible, the Bay Area's only non-profit collaboration of Arts, Industry and Community, is seeking a sharp, organized, enthusiastic development/marketing Intern.
Volunteers make The Crucible happen! We are currently looking for a great individual willing to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours per week for 12 weeks in our office. In exchange for your time, you’ll receive free tuition on The Crucible's terrific classes including welding, metal casting, glass working, neon, jewelry, kinetics, blacksmithing and more!
This is a non-paid work trade for classes and other exceptional Crucible benefits starting ASAP. You’ll be assisting our development director with all activities of a busy development office, including grant writing and tracking, research, donor cultivation events and membership. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your development skills while working amongst one of the most unique art communities you’ll find.
