After that, we give you a flat rate based on the frequency your house will be cleaned, the size of your house, and jobs performed there. We have very reliable references upon request. First Time or One-Time-Only Cleaning:
Our first time or one-time-only cleaning consists of a thorough, top-to-bottom, “deep cleaning”. There are tasks that we need to do in the bathroom, kitchen and other rooms to get them up to our standard.
HOUSEHOLD CLEANING
In All Rooms: Dust any ceiling fans, pictures, lights, lamp shades, ceiling fans, mini-blinds and other high dusting; we clean picture frames, wall decorations, window sills, light switches, doors and door trim; plus, all floors are vacuumed; we dust, clean and/or polish all furniture and all decorative items; we clean baseboards quarterly; and we sweep/vacuum and mop.
In the Kitchen: We clean all glass, cabinets, counters, top, inside/outside of: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and other appliances ( after the first or one-time-only cleaning we will only clean outside of refrigerator, oven, and the other appliances, but microwave); we move your small appliances and other items on your counter and clean the counter area; we clean the tops of all items and replace them where we found them; we scour your sink and sweep and thoroughly mop your floor.
In your Bathrooms: Bathtub, shower and sink are scrubbed and cleaned; we clean counters, windowsills, baseboards, and cobwebs; toilet is scrubbed and cleaned; mirror and faucets polished; sweep/vacuum and mop.
DEEP CLEANING
It includes the entire list above, plus cleaning inside the refrigerator, oven, all appliances; and washing the walls (if oil painted).
MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT CLEANING
It includes the entire lists above, plus removing all nails and screws from the walls; and cleaning inside all the cabinets and closets around the house.
