Looking for a sharp QA/Automation Architect
Design and specification of a QA test automation framework for a complex distributed system. The product is Java based with native code components using a bus architecture based on JMS and implmented using Sonic MQ. Heterogeneous OS environment; HPUX(Unix), Linux, Windows, OS400. (need 3 of 4); using CVS for source tracking and Scarab for bug tracking.
The automation framework needs to be able to support authoring, execution and tracking of a large set of regression tests which currently are run manually.
Candidates should be senior level with strong experience leading QA test automation projects. You need to be comfortable and experienced with Open Source technologies.
Mid Peninsula location. Project should take about 2 months and will have some part time follow on hours.
NO 3rd Party entities. Local Individuals only. You must be able to work for any company in the US on a W2 basis. NO Corp to Corp or 1099.
