Available Position: Telemarketers, loan agents and real estate agents
Location: Fremont/Newark, California
Status: Full-time/Part-time (work hours are flexible)
Career Level: Experienced and Beginners
Salary/Wages: We have variety of compensation packages including hourly, 100% commission and base-pay plus commission.
We have multiple immediate openings at our Fremont/Newark branch for dynamic and motivated individuals. Positions are for both entry-level and experienced professionals. The experienced positions are for motivated, self-start, organized individuals with one to two years experience in real estate and financing. Real Estate license holders are preferred.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Originate and sell loans to homeowners and businesses
Work within a team environment
Be able to sell and self promote
Multi-task, prioritize constantly and be organized
Good communication and customer service is a must
Good phone skills are needed
Bilingual skills are preferred
