Description This multi-faceted position plays an integral role in maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting and repair of personal computer hardware, software and peripherals. Responsibilities include documenting, maintaining, and upgrading or replacing hardware and software, and monitoring and maintaining the corporate office telephone system. The successful candidate must have great customer service skills and will have regular interaction with computer users and other technical staff as required in resolving problems and planning future development. Responsible for manning the TechSupport helpdesk.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist users with software and hardware problems and repairs.
• Assist in the maintenance of local area networks, making necessary changes when required.
• Maintain TechSupport helpdesk function, including tracking all requests for service and ensuring a timely and appropriate response and meeting service guarantee levels.
• Implement telephone adds/moves/changes using the PBX system. Troubleshoot telephone and connectivity problems for users.
• Train new users on the use of personal computers, local area networks, telephones, voice mail, Livelink general systems and security procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Three years experience supporting users of desktop application in a networked environment including Novell NetWare and Windows 2003 servers.
• Experience supporting Windows XP, Microsoft Office, GroupWise, Microsoft Project, Livelink, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Symantec Antivirus is desired.
• Demonstrated experience in training and documentation. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, including remote users.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent customer services skills.
