Description:
IntelliVision is looking for product support and sales support engineers with hands-on Engineering experience. The job involves providing product and technical support for current customers and sales support for new customers. IntelliVision provides support via phone, email and/or travel to customer sites for product set-up, configuration and deployment. Ours is a software product related to video and computer systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Hands on experience with hardware and computer systems a must
- Must be willing to travel – job involves 20-30% travel
- Familiarity with cameras, video and computer systems setup and configuration a must.
- Self-starter that can come up to speed very quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3 years of tech support experience preferred
