Required Hardware Experience:
PC’s (Compaq, HP, Dell, IBM and Compatibles), Laptops (Various models). All Printers, Blackberry, Palm Pilots, basic knowledge of Routers/switches/CSU/DSU’s . Ability to help Network Engineers with set up of hardware.
Required Software Knowledge
All Aspects of Windows XP/2000 Workstation, Windows 2000/2003 Server, MS office 2003/2000/97, Lotus Notes R6/R5 (preferred but not required), Microsoft Exchange, Internet Explorer, Extra, various Remote administration Software, TCP/IP, DHCP, instant messenger applications, Legato Backup Software, Epolicy.
