I need an EXPERIENCED, self-sufficient, technical recruiter for a client in San Jose. Besides the actual recruiting, you will be responsible for managing the client relationship while on-site and advising the client as to progress and market conditins that affect your search. We will be searching for a variety of positions ranging from architect to DB to Sr Level SW engineer.
MUST be technically savvy and have the ability to report to a remote manager. Daily progress reports will be mandatory.
