Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years administrative experience handling several projects. Excellent administrative organizational and communication skills--written and verbal. Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel, especially with formatting. It is a must. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat. Proficient with copy/scanner machines. Familiarity with ERP and Document Management programs a plus, but not necessary. Science background a plus, but not necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
More editor than writer. Responsible for providing administrative support for Chemical Development and Quality Control departments. It includes the following, but is not limited to filing, scanning, typing, proofreading, and light editing. It also includes discussing documents with chemists for clarification and launching electronic business processes to have documentation reviewed and approved.
Compensation: up to $20/hour
Duration: up to 6 months
Location: Richmond, Ca
