I will go to your customer’s home and assist them in sorting out their bills and receipts and paperwork so they can come to you prepared to feed you the correct information for their tax returns. I am especially sympathetic to those who have more than one year to file, who are totally disorganized, or just don’t have the time to deal with it all.
You give me a list of what you need to prepare the tax return, and I will find all the available information, organize it properly, and prepare files for next year’s taxes as well. You get an organized set of paperwork, so you don’t have to struggle with your part of the tax preparation. And you get a happy customer who is not stressed out over the process of preparing their return.
Your clients will be relaxed and satisfied. They’ll have the information ready before the dreaded April 15th deadline. No more procrastinators!
My fee schedule is simple, a sliding scale based on your customer’s last year’s income. If they made up to $50,000, I’ll charge $25.00 per hour. If they made between $50,000 and $80,000, I’ll charge $35.00 per hour. If they made over $80,000, I will charge $45.00 per hour. Three hours minimum.
I have worked as an organizer for small businesses and individuals for over 10 years and have plenty of references. I am trustworthy, and since I do the work at the customer’s house, they can be confident that I am keeping their information safe.
