We have a timeshare located at the Ridge Pointe in South Lake Tahoe. It is affiliated with the Ridge Resort. The resort is located at the base of Heavenly Mountain and has gondolas to take you up to the top of the slopes. There is also a free shuttle that will take you back and forth to the casinos. The condo is a beautiful. The main area is one large bedroom, full bath with jacuzi tub in room, full kitchen and living room and laundry room. There is also a second bedroom that can be locked off if you choose not to use it. That room has a mini kitchen and full bath. The unit can be used together or can be split to increase your time. The package we purchased was 1 week every other year, but that can be changed through trading and so forth. Membership dues were just paid, so the vacation time is just waiting for you. We are asking $6000, but we are open to hearing offers of any type..
