*Attention Experienced, Responsible Swim Instructors*
A new, year-round swim school is opening this May in Menlo Park and needs instructors immediately! The pool and its facilities are all brand new and will be freshly finished by May. The swim school will run group lessons from Mommy & Me classes to Advanced level swimming. Ideal candidates will go through a training course to learn the philosophy of the swim school including teaching methods and structure of the classes and levels.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A gift and love of working with children
• Responsibility, dedication and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Desire to go above and beyond the average instructor
• Ability to work part-time (possibility of more time available by taking over shifts as needed)
• Teaching experience or relevant water experience
• Desire to help a program grow from its infancy while helping to establish a fun family-like atmosphere among its staff and clients
