Trained over 8 years ago in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Esalen massage, I am now accepting new clients into my practice. When your body calls out to you for balance from feeling achy, tired, and drained, that is the time to give yourself massage! Incorporating this into your life regularly, even once or twice a month, can offer lasting restorative benefits.
My sessions are done in a detached studio outside my Piedmont home, in a quiet garden setting. Sessions are $70/ hour, $95 /90 minutes and $125 for 2 hours. Please add $10/ hour for Deep Tissue work. I highly recommend the 90- minute session giving your body the time to really incorporate this work. I can also offer guidelines about posture, stretching and ergonomics after your session to help your body stay aligned and balanced. I also work with couples, doing consecutive appts. at your home and charge a single outcall fee for this.
