| Hello. We are forming a group to meet weekly in Foster City, lunch time, to support each other in relaxing and reducing anxiety and phobia. We will be working through The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook. This group is for people who are aware of the anxiety problem they have, and want encouragement and reminders on techniques to reduce anxiety. Come check us out! Each week we will pick a different topic to focus on, such as relaxation, nutrition, and positive self-talk.
