Two experienced educational forces- Symba EdVentures and Classroom Matters Tutoring Center are combining this summer to bring your family high quality activities and adventures. We offer multicultural, enriching experiences for children ages 5-10.
Our camp is unique: families can design their own program based upon their interests and needs. We offer 7 weeks of programming. Come Mornings (for academic enriching games) or afternoons (for exciting weekly themes) or spend the whole day with us. Choose your weeks and come and play!
Camp times: Morning sessions: 8:30-12:30 afternoon 1:00- 5:00 (aftercare is available.
Our camp is located at 2436 Sacramento Street in Berkeley. In our BRAND NEW BUILDING with a beautiful cafe and garden, your family will love to spend time with us.
Morning Sessions: Through activities like gardening, bookmaking, cooking and games we reinforce key academic concepts (biology, chemistry, math and writing) in a fun, playful, encouraging atmosphere. Every Friday is Art day, involving mixed media and more.
Afternoon Sessions: Symba EdVentures will keep your child totally engaged in dynamic, interactive, mind-expanding educational activities, which will include multicultural arts and crafts, challenging games, music, movement, drama and storytelling.
A full Fee Schedule is available on our website. Fees range from $125 for a week of mornings, $150 for a week of afternoons or $175 for all day for a week. Multiple discounts for multiple weeks!! THE BOTTOM LINE: You receive quality childcare and programming for less than $6 per hour and as little as $5 per hour with discounts.
