Dates / Times:
March 1st, 2006 - May 8th, 2006
San Francisco, San Jose, East Bay, Etc. CA
(Priority will be given to those who can work all dates and times)
Pay:
$30+ per Hour
You must be 21 years old or older.
There will be consistent work if chosen for this program, you will work March until May and there will be 100's of events going on in your area. If chosen by client, the client requests that you work exclusively with for company (for beer) during this period, this will be consistent work. You will work consistently if chosen and will be required to have a 30 minutes unpaid phone conference per week with client and team.
Our client will have a team of males DRESSED AS PILOTS and women DRESSED AS STEWARDESS (think "CATCH ME IF YOU CAN" w/Leonardo DiCaprio & Tom Hanks) go to bars and interact with consumers and give away free beers. We do not have the exact dates or hours, however promos will take place in your market on an almost nightly basis.
Staffing Requirements:
MALE
*Height 5'9 or above
*Very outgoing, polite, manners, gentleman (old school)
*Can think on their toes, quick witted in a fun way (not arrogant)
*Look consumers in the eye and give a firm hand shake
*Not afraid to go up to a group of men and or women and break the ice
*Slender build
*Short hair, similar to a crew cut style (the look of a true pilot)
*Close Shave
*No visible tattoos
*No earrings, or visible piercing
*Ability to walk with a swagger. We are looking for a European sauve persona
*Acting abilities and accent (fake or real) are preferred and encouraged
*Stand tall with shoulders back and confident
FEMALE:
*Very outgoing, fun, nice, polite, classy, and possess good manners (girl next door)
*Can think on her toes, quick witted in a fun way (not arrogant)
*Makes everyone feel good about themselves
*Genuinely cares about people. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANYONE THAT FEELS THAT THEY ARE ABOVE ANYONE ELSE.
*Look consumers in the eye and smile with confidence
*Ability to get herself out of situations in a polite and gracious way
*Not afraid to go up to a group of women and or men and break the ice
*Must always approach women first (when applicable) and make sure they feel secure about you being there
*Well spoken
*Well manicured (clear or read nail polish, hair nicely combed, makeup, red lipstick)
*Slim figure
*No visible tattoos
*Simple earrings in ears only
*Must Smile
*Walks with grace, confidence, and smmmmooooooth
*Acting abilities and accent (fake or real) are preferred and encouraged
*Stand tall with shoulders back and confident, when standing always have one hand slightly on hip while the other arm relaxes on other side
All Product Ambassadors must be available for 1 full day of training and weekly 30 minute (unpaid) conference calls, you will be exclusive once chosen for program and can not work with other beers during this period.
