Subscriber Services Representative
The RE InfoLink subscriber services team is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting customer products, programs, and services to qualified customers. Which involve presenting to large groups of 20 to 120 customers. Team is responsible for the integrity of customer information in the subscriber database. Serves as the primary communication conduit to customers for subscriber services related issues. Supports real estate customer events such as; tradeshows, community events, fund-raisers.
Team member responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:
-- Providing association specific subscriber services support
- Understanding and promoting all REIL products and services
- Enrolling new subscribers and changing the status of subscribers
- Promoting and registering subscribers for product training as well as promoting custom product training programs to large groups of customers.
- Activating / suspending / terminating subscriber services (including access to the MLS)
- Working with the accounting department to process subscriber payments for products and services
- Proactively ensuring the accuracy of subscriber information (e.g. DRE license renewals, designated broker relationships, contact information)
- Assuming project leadership roles as assigned by the subscriber services department manager (e.g. serving as the subscriber services subject matter expert on company-wide IT projects)
- Serving as a back-up resource for the training department
- Rotating back up for front lobby receptionist, breaks and lunches
- Off site visits to offices, Associations and tour meetings to make announcements and presentations to large groups of customers
- Currently travel to customer sites is about 5 hours/week
- Travel expected to increase to 13-20 hours/week/
- Performing other duties as assigned by the subscriber services department manager
Subscriber products and services used, but are not limited, to:
- Software products (e.g. HomeWorks, Salesforce, Mas90, Excel, Micosoft Word, Power Point, REIL.com, Rightfax, State DRE)
- Product training programs (both standard and custom)
- New subscriber orientation programs
Qualifications:
- Some college education preferred
- Must possess excellent phone skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to speak to large audiences
- Proficient Computer skills (Word, Excel, Access Power Point)
- Must have reliable transportation
