We're in the upper flat of our two flat home in Bernal Heights, SF. It feels like a perfect location . We walk to grocery stores, coffee shops and the many choices of wonderful eating places. We're near route 101 and 280. We're a block and one house away from buses; another block to the trolley.
Twenty minutes walk down Chruch Street to Noe Valley: both offer more coffee shops, more grocery stores, more antiques, more restaurants, more shops.
We are lucky enough to have 19 windows and have fabulous views out of most of them of the cityscape, of Twin Peaks, of Bernal Hills.
It's perfect for one or a couple. We've sublet before to visiting parents, friends of friends, people just moving to the city. Bedroom with queen sized bed and linens provided. Double living room , one with fireplace and both rooms have fabulous views. Wood floors throughout, kitchen and pantry too. Bath with clawfoot tub. Eat-in kitchen that goes across the back of the house with panaramic views. Gas stove, dishwasher and things you need are supplied. Washer and dryer.
Enchaing garden with birds singing. And arbor with gate and fence covered with sweet smelling Jasmine. it's calm and green and private inside.
The overall feel is LIGHT, AIRY, CLEAN, CHARMING, and UPLIFTING.
In the past we've rented for $125. a night which includes util and DSL. Renter has paid for cleaning at the end. But we've either rented for 2 weeks or 3-4 months(with price for entire period).
