Our well-established and popular retail picture framing store is an industry leader in quality products and excellent customer service provided at fraction of the cost of traditional picture framing. We aim to maintain a creative, fun environment for our customers by providing quick, easy solutions to customize the look of their unique art and memories.
We seek an energetic, motivated, team-oriented leader who will take pride in representing the store, our quality products and excellent customer service philosophy. Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferably in the retail, home décor or picture framing industries; proven success in sales and customer service; a passion for art and design and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Managers are responsible for all aspects of running this fast-paced, high-volume business including: maintaining an exceptional level of customer service; developing and training staff to meet and exceed sales goals, adhering to operating budgets; overseeing production and quality control; and maintaining a fun, artist-friendly work environment with interesting merchandise displays and stock levels.
