SUMMARY
The STB Assistant is responsible for accounting for all equipment missing from orders returned to CPR. This includes all handling all accounting/billing and inventory paperwork and filing, as well as client communication and billing related to missing equipment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Loss/Breakage Reporting:
* Process all paperwork for shortages, losses and breakages.
* Work with inventory manager to ensure accurate inventory shown in the system.
* Work with sales team to determine if/when to bill clients.
* Customer Service and Billing:
* Prepare client invoice.
* Bill and follow-up with clients for items not recovered from job site.
* Notify the appropriate sales staff of major shortages.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* All other duties as assigned.
QUALITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
* Organizational skills.
* Communication skills.
* Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
* Bilingual - Spanish/English is a plus.
EXPERIENCE / TRAINING
* Previous customer service experience preferred.
* Previous office experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
KEY EVALUATION CRITERIA
* Timeliness of client billing and accurate follow-up.
* Effective and professional communication with CPR’s clients and the sales team.
