You will assist in food preparation for lunch or dinner. Must be able to display food attractively, and make decisions regarding seasoning and portioning of ingredients. Responsible for cleanup of kitchen and equipment. Requires cooking experience in commercial catering kitchen, knowledge of quantity food production and proper food handling and safety. Must have ability to understand instructions given in English.
