Retained to improve key vendor relationship. Personally documented the front-end data inputs to the system of concern, and backend report writing and distribution. Also developed project plan and managed the overall project to document, independently operate, and train bank employees on the system. Work scope successfully completed in half of the time assigned by WFB management.

Contracted by HP Risk Management to manage the divestiture activities associated with the S-1 filing and spin-off of $7 Billion Agilent Technologies, the largest IPO in history at the time. HP Risk Management was the only unit not utilizing Ernst & Young project management for the divestiture; it was the first unit finished.
